Inverse analysis

Inverse procedures can be applied to estimate model parameters from indirect experimental measurements. This is performed by an iterative procedure that minimises the differences between numerically simulated and measured responses. Typical applications in C3M are identification of material parameters, friction, heat transfer, etc.
