C3M is a partner in an integrated FP6 project TUNCONSTRUCT where its role is the development of inverse algorithms for identification of material and process parameters in tunnelling and other underground constructions. Due to the complex nature of geomechanics we have to develop roboust algorithms that can deal with unreliable input data containing large statistical scatters and numerical responses that contain high degree of numerical noise.
