    C3M has very a strong expertise in modelling of stochastic interactions in the workpiece-tool-press systems for precision forming. Several important details of this technology have been investigated in close collaboration with major European companies producing high precision components, high strength tool materials, pre-stressing systems and forming machines.  Main areas of research dedicated to cold precision forming are indicated in the list of our EU projects, which is provided below.
