Modelling of tactile sensation

C3M is participating in FP6 project Nanobiotact which is dedicated to investigations of tactile sensations. In this project C3M is responsible for sensitivity and inverse analyses which require advanced modelling of human skin behaviour in the context of large strain contact mechanics at macro- and micro-scalles.
Nanobiotact will provide added value to the Cyberhand project.
